Shahid loses the 'gift'

A gift given by someone close is always precious. Shahid Kapur had one such gift - designer glares given to him by his younger step brothers and sister (Sana, Ruhaan and Ishaan). The three siblings had saved their pocket money and pooled in to buy the expensive shades for their beloved Bhaiya. Shahid, too, had been deeply touched by the gift and used to wear it for special occasions. One such special occasion was the Rajiv Gandhi Awards held last week in Mumbai. Shahid Kapur and Katrina Kaif were honoured with the Best Actor (male, female) awards while stars like Priyanka Chopra, Hrithik Roshan and Esha Deolperformed live on stage. It was a proud moment for Shahid and he took the glares along to the event. But during the course of the function he ended up losing it. It must have been either the moment when he got jiggy with Priyanka or when he was mobbed by his fans, girls particularly. In the hustle and bustle that ensued, the actor lost the precious gift. Reportedly, Shahid was momentarily upset about the loss but he did not mope over it.
