Priyanka Chopra is busy bonding with a co-star these days, and it's not Shahid Kapoor. The actress has renewed her friendship with her once close pal, Abhishek Bachchan. The two were buddies when they shot 'Bluffmaster' together, but a misunderstanding between the two resulted in Priyanka being replaced by Ashwarya in 'Umrao Jaan'. This resulted in straining their relations to the extent that they distanced themselves and turned too formal. This was evident on the sets of 'Drona'. Not only the movie flopped but also the directors decided not to sign them together in future because of lack of chemistry between the two.The recent episode of a director stating that Ash deserved the award more than Priyanka led to the widening of the gap in her relations with Bachchans. However, Abhishek took the lead and ended the cold war by assuring her former pal that he still values her friendship. Now, both are friends and exchange pleasantries as in the past. Recently, Priyanka sent Abhishek a compilation of music she thought he'd like and, like a true friend, Abhishek greatly appreciated it and was touched by the gesture
