SRK: I wanted to be a pornstar
SRK always carries his witty jokes and liners with himself even to Arindam Chaudhari’s book launch. Arindam Chaudhari’s latest book Discover The Diamond, is inspired by the success of Big B, SRK and Rocky(Sylvester Stallone).
So when SRK came on stage, he said, “I was inspired by Rocky too. I wanted to be a porn star! (Sylvester started his acting career as a porn star).I’m going to work very hard, positively, and with clarity, to be a porn star.Main bhi Discover The Diamond in You padhoonga. Next time you hear about me, I’ll be the world’s biggest porn star.”
Then on a serious not SRK said, I believe success is a wonderful experience, but not always one from which we acquire wisdom or knowledge… which is why success, whether deserving or not, can be enjoyed, but not passed on.Success is never final, just like failure is never fatal!”
Salman to do some KICKing with Deepika
Director of Ghajini, AR Murugadoss is ready to make another Telugu remake Kick, this time kicking Salman Khan will be kicking for the director. The leading lady opposite Sallu will be leggy lass Deepika Padukone.
Sajid Naidadwala who is producing the flick says, “Murugadoss I’ve met and Deepika of course is already my leading lady in Houseful. I loved Murugadoss’s work in Ghajini and so did Salman. We were very clear about not getting the original Telugu director as I don’t believe in letting the South Indian directors do the Hindi remakes.”
“I don’t want Kick to look like Wanted 2. We’ll be shooting the action scenes in Tokyo.”
Workaholic Big B dozes off
Amitabh Bachchan was at Chennai for recent fecilitation ceremony, prior to the ceremony exhausted Big B dozed off in the hotel and woke up disoriented.
Director of Paa, Balki who was accompanying Big B said, , “He was fine. He finally had some sleep. You’ve to understand that this is no ordinary human being. Amitji is a miracle. He can continue working non-stop without sleep. Last week, he was running around getting the premiere in place. Then on Friday morning he left to shoot for Bigg Boss without any sleep after the premiere. After shooting the entire day in Lonavla he attended the Bombay Times party and then on Saturday early morning he left for Chennai. At an age when a lot of us will be in a rocking chair he is still rocking.”
A friend of Big B says, “After two major health scares recently, Amitji has refused to slacken his pace. Except for the break he took to be with Amar Singh in Singapore earlier this year, he has been working round the clock.
Deepika launches Neutrogena fine fairness
After Katrina Kaif endorsing Olay fairnerss cream, Deepika Padukone too joins the bandwagon by becoming the ambassador for Neutrogena Fine Fairness cream.
Deepika believes that fairness creams help to even out the skin tone and reduces pigmentation caused by sun light.

Salman Khan has always avoided talks about his marriage. Salman who is going to turn 44 on 27th December recently remarked that he will tie the knot soon.
During a recent visit to Indore, Salman was asked by media reporters about his marriage plans.
Salman replied back , “Very soon.”
When Salman was quizzed how soon, he remained silent.
Katrina entertains Dubai,despite being unwell
Katrina Kaif and Salman Khan rocked Dubai with their concert earlier this week. Katrina and Salman were slated to perform together on songs at the event.
However Kat was diagnosed with low hemoglobin and was advised complete bed rest. Katrina was very weak to perform and dance on Bollywood’s high energy songs.
The organizers went into panic mode because of Katrina’s health. So Katrina decided to skip dance performances and did a mock jig with Salman.
Katrina was paid Rs 80 lakhs for the event and Kat’s “Hello-I Love You Dubai” sent the Dubai crowds into tizzy.
Aamir apologizes to SRK’s children
Aamir Khan, who has a huge fan following amongst SRK’s kids recently apologized to them for making mockery of their dad.Aamir recently said, “I haven’t apologised to Shah Rukh and I see no need to do so. But I have said sorry to his children as they were hurt that I had written Shah Rukh’s name that was given to a dog.”“I was upset to hear that Shah Rukh’s children were unhappy with me. I had no intended to hurt their feelings.”SRK on listening about the same said, “We often visit each other’s home and we have love and respect for each other. I don’t think there was any need for him to apologize because it is not really a big thing for me. Both of us don’t take these things seriously but it is the media that exaggerates the whole situation.”

Aishwarya: Save the environment
Aishawarya Rai recently talked about the ways to curb global warming and making the earth a better place to live.
Aishwarya talking about the environment says, “In our own hectic lifestyles we make sure we are aware,in our trailers we are aware not to leave our make-up lights on all the time.”
Ash also talks about water, she says, “Water, is the simplest thing we all talk so often ,when we brush our teeth we just leaving the water on unnecessarily is an absolute waste.So constantly you just have to be aware, take note,every waking and walking minute of your life.”

SRK: Terrorism is a religion of satan
Shahrukh Khan along with tennis sensation Sania Mirza and shooting star Abhinav Bindra expressed their anger towards terrorism, branding it as a religion of devils.
SRK said,While all civilised religions celebrate and respect life this new barbaric terror religion loves only death and unfortunately all human faiths now face a challenge.Indian civilisation does not distinguish in terms of religion. We are an impossible achievement in the world and I’m very proud to be an Indian.”
SRK further says, “No one can have two viewpoints about terrorism. There is no religion of terrorism. I am often asked my viewpoint on this, maybe because I am a Muslim and I am very proud to be a Muslim.”
“But I have read the Quran, listened to the Gita, acted in Ram Leela… and learnt Christianity besides being a Muslim… My friends and I have worked on a film on Buddha (Asoka) and my wife is a Punjabi.”
The message of the evening was “Terror has no religion. Our solidarity, courage and resoluteness are the answer to the threat of terror” and the event was hosted by Nandita Das.

Big B and family launch Madhushala
Amitabh Bachchan and his wife Jaya Bachchan, along with son Abhishek Bachchanand daughter-in-law Aishwarya Rai on Harivansh Rai Bachchan’s 102nd birthday anniversary paid tribute to the great poet at Bachchan Sandhya.
The Bachchan parivaar and Bharitya Vidya Bhavan collaborated to launch the book Madhusala – The House of Wine.Madhusala has poems by Harivansh Rai Bachchan and also paintings by Namrita Bachchan.
SRK to build a cricket stadium
Shahrukh Khan is not bothered about the Dubai low down, he is looking forward to build a stadium in Dubai.
SRK’s main aim behind building a state of the art stadium in Dubai is to help underprivileged cricket players, who are extremely talented but do not have much money to fund their dreams. SRK’s stadium will provide free coaching to all the upcoming cricketers.
A source says, “When operational, the ground will have all the facilities to host international cricket matches and even other global sporting events. SRK is a dearly loved Indian star in the country and this is his way of giving it back to them. He will frequent the place more often than what he used to. The place might also become a venue for his stage shows in that land.”

Salman Khan on his Veer blog writes, I am very excited about the release of Veer on January 22, 2010. I have lived with Veer for 20 years and want you guys to live the movie with me through this blog. Veer can be called my most awaited film till date. I had written the story of my dream project when I was shooting for the film Baaghi in 1990.”
The story of Veer has been written by Salman himself, and is amongst the costliest films to be made in Bollywood.

Kareena Will Take Home Best Actress Awards for Kurbaan: Critics Prediction
There is a buzz in the B-town’s critics circuit that Kareena Kapoor has given her best performance so far in Karan Johar’s Kurbaan. They are so floored by Bebo’sperformance that they predict Bebo will take home the best Actress awards this year.
Reveals an insider, “Kareena was told by a highly respected critic that she was loved in the film and that her performance was fantastic. In fact he even went on to say that he’s a big fan and with Kurbaan he has only become a bigger fan. He went on to wish her well and also hoped that the Numero Uno status always remains with her.”
Reveals a trade analyst, “Audiences are appreciating the film and the chemistry between Saif and Kareena is quite a highlight of the film. Kareenaby the looks of it is set to sweep all the awards this year for her performancein Kurbaan. She is better in Kurbaan than she was in Jab We Met.”
Goes on to reveal the analyst, “Performance wise she is Kajol, beauty wise Aishwarya –what more can an actress ask for.”
Talking about Kareena in the film Taran Adarsh adds, “As for Kareena, KURBAAN reiterates one fact yet again. She’s the best in the business. No two opinions on that! Watch her get those emotional sequences right, it’s incredible. Here’s a performance that truly merits the highest praise and admiration, besides fetching her awards and accolades.”
